The gap between the tools and the code

Marketing teams are well served by SEO tooling. Rank trackers, keyword research, content briefs, competitive analysis — all of it is mature, and most B2B marketers use it competently. What that tooling cannot do is tell you why a page that should rank is not being indexed, or why your fastest-growing template started failing Core Web Vitals after a release nobody flagged as risky.

Those answers live in the codebase, the response headers, the render path and the server logs. They require reading HTML rather than a dashboard. In most B2B and SaaS companies nobody owns that: marketing cannot see it, engineering is not looking for it, and the SEO agency is producing content.

That is the gap this studio exists to close, and it is the only thing we do.

Measured, capped, and written down

We are the technical SEO partner for SaaS and B2B teams whose growth is capped by things marketing can see but cannot fix, and engineering can fix but does not know to look for. In practice that means three commitments.

Everything gets measured before it gets changed, so improvement is provable rather than asserted. Every engagement has a cap — fixed price on project work, capped hours on retainers — so nobody is buying an unspecified amount of attention. And every month's reporting uses the same format, so the numbers stay comparable even when they are unflattering.

We also say no to work regularly. We do not write content, build links, run paid campaigns or manage social. If that is what would actually move your growth, we will tell you, and we would rather lose the engagement than take it on badly.

A studio, not a pyramid

The person who audits your site is the person who writes the fixes and the person who joins the monthly call. There is no account manager layer, and no junior analyst running the crawl while someone senior presents the findings.
